smoky odor clogged drain
The free parking was useful.
The room had a distinct smoky odor, despite a non-smoking policy. The shower drain was clogged, a rather disgusting experience. The bathroom vent was full of grime, very unhygienic.

I found the location very convenient to tube stations. It made getting around easy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Parking outside was a definite plus!
The soundproofing was lacking as i could hear noise from other guests.

daily cleaning convenient location
the location had a tesco nearby for supplies. daily cleaning was provided by the staff. i found a microwave available in the common area (this helped with heating leftovers). air conditioning kept the room at a comfortable temperature.
the shower temperature was difficult to regulate. i had trouble finding a comfortable setting. this.

the room was nice and clean. the bed were comfy and there was a great shower. they have free parking and that helped me a lot. there is a petrol station very close by for an easy fill up.
